Hi there, I’m Mirla (pronounced meer-la, spanish for blackbird) you may also know me as Kaika from Psych Central. I’m 17/18, going through some sort of magnification of your run of the mill teen problems.
I like a lot of things in life- especially music and taking a brisk walk through a nature-cluttered path.
I have an obsession with cats and pokemon and mental illness/abuse. The last obsession probably influences my life the most because for whatever I like to believe that I’m mentaly ill when I’m not. It’s strange and sad.
in any case, read this journal with an open heart- I’m sure I’m not as pathetic as I take myself to be.

*hugs* Kinda random… I was viewing a post on psychcentral, and ended up here. I just wanted to say, for what it’s worth… mental illness… whatever, you may be or you might not, but that doesn’t make your problems less real.

“I like to believe that I’m mentaly ill when I’m not” i think that describes me fairly well. maybe not, maybe there is something mentally wrong with me, but i may never know. maybe i just want there to be something wrong with me. I’d rather be crazy than feel crazy. ya know?
